摘    要:石油产业的竞争力分为外显竞争力和潜在竞争力。通过实证分析发现,中国石油产业竞争力较弱。外显竞争力方面,主要表现为产业结构不合理,以及中外石油企业财务指标上的差距;潜在竞争力方面,主要表现在石油企业技术创新、管理创新和市场创新能力的不足。创新是提升石油产业竞争

Abstract:The competitive power of petroleum industry is divided into exterior competitive power and potential competitive power. The conclusion that China's petroleum industry lacks competitive power is reached through demonstrable analyses. Viewed from the exterior competitive power, the gap of China's petroleum industry appears on the industrial structure and the financial indexes; Viewed from the potential competitive power, the gap appears on the innovation of management, technology and marketing. Innovation is the key factor to promote the competitive power of petroleum industry. The innovation of the petroleum industry depends on the government and enterprises. Government should build up the relevant support system for the innovation of the petroleum industry, and the petroleum enterprises should take some positive measures to enhance the innovation in technology, management and marketing.
