| 摘 要： | 提单的权利属性问题一直都是我国海商法研究的热点。作为联系承运人与托运人之间权利义务关系的提单，是兼具了物权与债券性质的有价证券。在实践中，只有充分的理解和利用提单的这种特性，才能更好地适应国际贸易。
