| 摘 要： | 美国、荷兰政府对大学生创业扶持政策的成功经验在于:其完善的创业教育体系、成熟的创业投融资机制、创新型创业教育培训模式、应急创业、项目带动创业和政府鼓励建立地方性创业中心的创业政策。我国应借鉴美国、荷兰政府的先进经验,从更加注重创业素质,树立创业理念,推行有利于创业发展的金融政策等方面进行改进;高度重视培养"企业家精神"教育意识,通过创业教充把解决就业问题与提高社会创新能力融为一体,为建设创新型国家输送高素质人才。

| Abstract: | Experience from the governments of the United States and Netherlands in supporting college graduates to create their own businesses is successful in terms of the complete education system for entrepreneurship,the mature financing system for new businesses,innovative training models,emergency policies,project-driven new businesses,and local enterpreneurship centers inspired by the governments.China shall learn from the advanced experience focusing on cultivating the spirit and quality for opening new businesses and making favorable finance policies.In addition,we shall stress on fostering the enterpreneurship,solve the employment problems while increasing the overall innovative competence of the society,and supply talents for constructing an innovation-oriented country. |
