| 摘 要： | 石油化学业往往采用基地化的集群发展模式,因此化工区就成为我国循环经济推进的重要领域.文章以了解现状、监测变化、优化决策为目标,从创新环境、基础设施建设、企业运行、经济效益四个层面,分析了化工园区循环经济的推进效果,突出公共服务、检查监督、安全保障在化工区循环经济推进中的重要作用;基于此,从经济运行、公共服务、检查监督、安全保障等八个方面设置指标,建立循环经济效果度量指标体系.
