论技术性贸易壁垒对我国经济的双重影响

改革开放以来,我国对外贸易取得了巨大的成就,到2005年底对外贸易总额猛升到14221.2亿美元,对我国经济的发展起到了重要的作用。然而国外的技术性贸易壁垒却越来越多,成为制约我国产品出口的一个重要因素。技术性贸易壁垒除了影响我国产品的出口之外,其实它对我国经济的发展也有着一定的促进作用,这是我们不能忽视的。

Technology trade barrier's double influence on Chinese economy

since we reform and opening to the outside world,our foreign trade has made a great success,by the end of 2005,the amount of foreign trade is 1422.12 billion US dollars.Which promote the development of the economy.But the Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT)interfere the export of our products,and the influence is more and more.But we must realize that the TBT has two sides,one side it will interfere the development of the economy,and the other side it will promote the development.This is the double side of the TBT,we must attach importance to it.
