| 摘 要： | 本文通过利用平衡计分卡理论,从服务性政府战略导向的角度提出了一套新的电子政府绩效评估指标体系。本文创建的电子政府绩效评价指标体系兼顾政府网站、电子政府、政府改革,评价范围更加全面,并采用AHP方法和主观客观相结合的调查方法对5个地方电子政府绩效进行评价,评价结果更加客观。

| Abstract: | From the angle of service government, this paper proposed government performance appraisal target system based on BSC theory, it can evaluate government wet sites,e-government and government redesign and make the evaluation range greater, and evaluate 5 local e-government based on AHP and make the evaluation more objective. |
