| 摘 要： | 我国经济型酒店近年来的快速发展是很好地运用蓝海战略的结果。经济型酒店同时实现差异化和低成本的战略,这也是蓝海战略最核心的本质特征所在。多样的经济模式、以网络为依托、连锁化经营和推广会员制作是经济型酒店创造性的因素,也是经济型酒店特色化定位的关键点。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of economy country in our country during these years is the result of successful employment of the Blue ocean strategy.The economy hotel adopts differentiation and low-cost strategies,which are the core of the blue ocean strategy.Various economic modes,internet foundation,membership campaign,are the elements of creativity for economy hotel,and the key point of its specialization-oriented as well. |
