试论北宋时期对四川少数民族地区的治理

四川地区少数民族众多，有着不同于中原汉人的风俗习惯和民族性格。宋朝在四川少数民族地区推行土官统治，“因俗而治”等一系列政策，任用少数民族首领统领其民．尊重少数民族的风俗习惯，法制“从俗”，纠纷“和断”，“叛乱”招抚，使民族矛盾得以缓和、化解。宋朝在四川边疆少数民族地区实行的羁縻统治。适应了各少数民族地区独特的社会经济与文化状况。使各民族既能够独立的发展自己的民族经济与文化，又能方便地相互交流与学习，并逐渐走向团结与统一。

Try to discuss how the Song Dynasty govern Sichuan minority region

The are many minority in Sichuan region, who have different customs and character with ban. Song Dynasty practice a series of measures in minority, such as local officials governance their region, the rule of law respect their habits, pacify their rebellion, to resolve and ease conflicts. Song Dynasty practice Jimi governance in Sichuan frontier minority, adjust to the particular social economic and culture conditions of the minority, so the minority can develop their economic and culture independent ,convenience their communication and learning, and gradually move towards to solidarity and unity.
