| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济和经济全球化的发展，跨国并购在全球范围内欣起了新一轮浪潮。这既为我国的经济发展带来了机遇，同时也产生了一定的不利影响。本文通过分析跨国并购兴起的动因以及对我国经济的影响，指出要采取有效措施，积极稳妥地利用跨国并购，促进我国经济健康稳定的发展。
