南京市建设监理行业市场集中度研究

针对近年来建设监理市场存在的工程监理取费低、法规不健全、市场不规范等诸多问题。文章通过对南京市监理交易市场的招投标数据的整理，应用CRn、基尼系数和赫芬达尔一赫希曼指数等方法对南京市建设监理市场的绝对集中度、相对集中度以及综合集中度进行了分析，发现绝对和相对集中度指标分析得出结论与综合集中度指标分析得出的结论相吻合。研究表明，南京市建设监理市场企业规模层次性不够鲜明，市场集中度低，竞争较为激烈。

Market concentration ratio of construction supervision industry in Nanjing

Some problems were found in the market of construction supervision such as low price, tmhealthy regulations, non-standard market and so on. Based on investigation in Nanjing supervision trading market, using CRn, Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient and Herfindahl-Hirschrnan Index （HHI）, this paper analyzed the conditions of concentration ratio in Nanjing supervision market. It was found that the conclusion drawn from absolute and relative concentration index was in accordance with the conclusion of comprehensive concentration index. The results indicate the level of enterprise scales is vague, the concentration ratio is low and the competition is fierce in Nanjing supervision market.
