| 摘 要： | 研究退耕还林工程规划设计所依据的恢复生态学基本原理、技术方法和实施条件,系统分析工程区域规划布局、作业技术设计、规划质量保障、规划管理、规划实施过程中存在的各种问题。在此基础上,提出了完善退耕还林工程规划设计的政策建议。
