摘    要:从一定意义上讲,沟通就是管理的本质.有效的管理沟通既能增强企业自身的"内聚力",又会增强企业整体的"外聚力",从而保证凝聚力成为企业市场经营的战斗力.沟通要讲求艺术性,如必须目的明确、思路清晰、表达方式准确;审时度势,注意调控情绪;把握时机,采取适当方式;以及"会听会说"等.

Abstract:Processing from the significance,communication is the essence of administration.Positive communication can increase not only enterprise's cohesion,but also the force from other sides,which can guarantee the cohesion to be the fighting power in market operation.Good communication is with the characteristic of artistry.It has such features: clear goal and train of thought,accurate expressing,make a correct assessment of the situation,adjust emotion,seize the right time,use the proper way and do good at listen and say something.
