跨国公司对中国FDI的新兴古典经济学解释

20世纪60年代以来，信息技术的迅速发展，导致直接投资的交易费用大幅度下降，发达国家资本凭借跨国公司这个载体，大量流入新兴市场经济体。80年代初，作为新兴市场经济中的一员，中国实行了改革开放政策，跨国公司对中国进行了大规模的直接投资。我们借助于杨小凯消费者-生产者新兴古典模型的分析框架，构建数学模型，从生产效率、人民币汇率、税收政策、专家人数和土地价格等方面剖析跨国公司对中国FDI。

The Multinational Corporations' Neoclassical Economics Explanation to China's FDI

Since 1960s,the rapid development of information technology has resulted in a substantial decline in direct investment transaction costs,a large number of the capital of developed countries have flown to the new emerging market economies through the multinational corporations.At the beginning in the 1980s,as a member of the new emerging market economies,China implemented the policies of reform and opening to the outside world,the multicorporation carried on the extensive direct investment to China.Using analytical framework of consumer-producer model of Yang xiaokai in the Neoclassical economical model,the article creates a mathematical model and anatomizes the production efficiency and the exchange rate of RMB and quantity of specialist and policy of tax and the price of earth.
