| 摘 要： | 现代物流成为企业在降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率之外的第三利润源。对于竞争激烈的家电企业来说,如何有效地加强物流管理,降低物流费用就显得尤为重要,因此众多家电企业纷纷寻求适合自身的物流运作模式,是自营还是外包,还是混合经营成为困扰中国家电企业的突出问题。
