中国东部沿海地区经济发展与环境污染关系分析--以福建省厦门市为例

文章以厦门市为中国东部沿海城市代表，分析经济增长与环境污染程度之间关系。对该市1985～2005年环境库兹涅茨曲线（EKC）的拟合表明，除工业粉尘和废气排放量分别为正U和N字形发展外，厦门市环境污染指标变化大体上遵循EKC，并且这些EKC曲线转折点相对较低。目前厦门市污染排放已处于倒U形右端的下降时期。同时发现，人口因素和城市绿化率对环境污染状况作用不显著，受产品结构影响，对外贸易总的来说会加重污染排放水平。文章强调政府在控制环境污染，降低转折点水平中的重要作用。

Analysis of China east coastal district economy development and environment pollution's relation——take Fujian province Xiamen city as example

The paper analysis the relationship of economic growth and environment pollution in east littoral of China basing on the case study of xiamen. The regression indicate that xiamen city environment pollution index accord with EKC curve(inverse U shape) excepted industry dust and exhaust emission .Meanwhile the turning point of xiamen EKC curve is comparatively lower. Population and urban vegetation rate were insignificant in decreasing environment pollution. Being the influence of products structure, foreign trade that exacerbated the environment pollution on the whole.The paper emphasize the role of government in controlling the amounts of pollution matter.
