新能源经济中风险投资现状及发展对策研究

新能源经济与风险资本间存在着共同发展、相互促进的关系;虽然风险资本以多种方式广泛进入新能源领域,但受制于技术障碍、退出机制不健全和资金来源有限等因素,目前风险资本在新能源方面的投资较谨慎、专业化程度低,前景不明朗。应建立并完善风险投资的退出机制,提升投资机构对新能源项目的评估能力,根据新能源项目特点提高投资效率等,促进新能源经济快速发展。

Venture investment's present situation in new energy economy and development countermeasure research

The relation between new energy industry and venture capital is mutual development and mutual promotion.Though much venture capital have invested in the new energy industry,they are very cautious,lack of professionalism and the future is uncertainty,because of technical barrier,defective withdraw mechanism and limited source of funds.According to the characteristics of the new energy projects,we should improve the investment efficiency and promote the development rate of new energy industry,through building a perfective mechanism for venture capital withdrawing and enhancing the investment institutional capacity of evaluation the new energy projects.
