| 摘 要： | 文章以2005～2014年我国30个省（市、区）数据为基础,综合运用灰关联和熵权法对我国区域科技进步环境、高新技术产业化与积极发展方式转变进行测评,研究显示我国三系统的协调度10年期间增长了13%,仅有5个地区属于中度及以上协调发展型,各地区在实现类型升级后再度突破较难,三系统协调发展水平与区域经济发展水平呈正相关关系。

| Abstract: | Thispaper was based on the panel data of 30 province（city,area）during 2005-2014 in China.This study used integrated grey correlation and entropy weight method toevaluate the environment of regional scientific and technological progress and Hi-tech industry and positive development mode transformation.Studies showed that coordination degree of our system increased 1.3% during the ten years period,only five area belonged to moderate or above development type,the area was difficult in breaking again after the upgrade type system,and coordination degree above was positively correlated to the level of regional economic development. |
