| 摘 要： | 西方社会认为,全球经济失衡的原因主要有汇率失衡、美国经济的结构性问题、美英法等国的内外政策与现行国际货币体系等。我们需要辩证地看待西方关于全球经济失衡原因的观点,同时必须妥善应对世界在全球经济失衡问题上博弈带来的一系列新挑战。
