| 摘 要： | 近年来,深圳金融服务外包产业保持快速增长态势,呈现以信息技术外包为主、业务流程外包为辅的发展格局,外包领域逐步由非核心业务向核心业务渗透,业务增长潜力大,发展前景看好。面对国际金融服务外包市场加快重组和转移,以及国内金融机构加快释放外包需求的机遇与挑战,深圳金融服务外包业应立足于发展专业金融服务外包战略,推动金融服务外包重点企业做大做强,加强深圳市金融服务外包协会公共服务平台建设,积极制定深圳金融服务外包促进政策。
