选频光释光仪的研制

摘    要:释光仪作为考古和矿物研究仪器,以前激发光源和光子计数均为单色光。笔者研制了1种由计算机控制、激发光源可以选择、被测样品发射光是分频计数的选频光释光断代仪。该仪器通过计算机控制可以成功获得结晶固体的光释光谱图。利用选频光释光进行矿物分析,由于得到了光谱图,所以提高了矿物分析和鉴定的准确度,用该仪器测定年代,结果可以互比。本文介绍了该仪器的特点以及软、硬件的研制。

Invention for Selected Frequency Optical Luminescence Apparatus
Abstract:The equipment of optical luminescence was developed to study the mineral and check its ages,but before,this stimulating source and photon counting were both of single color . Now a new instrument of dealing with selected frequency optical luminescence has been developed .It can be controlled by computer and the stimulating source can be selected .The main reason is that,with the spectrum,it can improve the accuracy of mineral analysis and appraisal .It also can be used to measure the ages and the results are comparable . This text introduces the features of the instrument and the research of hardware and software. 
