| 摘 要： | 当前在宽带产业内存在着普遍的战略联盟行为,本文从研究宽带产业内部战略联盟的形成机理入手,从价值链、知识学习、资金结构、管理权等角度对产业内战略联盟进行分析,指出了产业内战略联盟所存在的深层次问题,并基于战略联盟的视角对产业的健康发展提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | At the present time,behaviors of strategic alliances take place frequently within t he broadband industry.This paper deals with issues arisen from the depth of the strategic alliances concerned,starting from the forming mechanism of the allianc es themselves and analyzing them with the principles of value chain,knowledge le arning,capital structure and administration rights,and then presents some sugges tions on the countermeasures based on the view of strategic alliances for the he althy development of the industry itself. |
