| 摘 要： | 美术教育的价值和目的是培养学生的审美能力，培养和造就高素质和有创造性、有审美观的人才。在美术教育的过程中，应注重对学生素质、发展能力、创造力和审美能力的培养，既要传递美术教育的丰富内涵，又要在过程中潜移默化地影响学生审美素质的形成，并使之为社会经济、政治和文化艺术的发展服务。

| Abstract: | The value and purpose of fine arts education are to cultivate students＇ aesthetic competence. To cultivate and bring up talented people who possess high quality, creativity and aesthetic conception are important especially. In fine arts education should pay attention to cultivating students＇ quality, development competence, creativity and aesthetic competence, not only pass on rich connotation of fine arts education, but also influence the formation of aesthetic quality imperceptibly, and make it serve for the development of social economy, politics, culture and art. |
