破解城乡二元体制的公共物品视角研究

近年来,城乡二元体制的存在愈发成为我国社会经济发展的体制性障碍之一。与此同时,公共物品的城乡非均衡化分配伴随着城乡二元体制而发展并成为其经济基础。为此,本文根据公共物品城乡分配的现状,探寻了城乡二元体制与公共物品非均衡化分配之间的内在关系,并以此为基础,从公共物品的视角探索破解城乡二元体制的途径。

On Unraveling the Urban-rural Dual System of Public Goods

In recent years,the existence of the ＂urban-rural＂ dual system holds an increasing trend of blocking economic and social development in China.Meanwhile,with the carrying out of the dual system,the non-balanced distribution of public goods has become its economic foundation.Therefore,according to the status quo of public goods distribution between urban and rural area,the paper works out the internal relationship of the system and the unequal distribution.And on the basis of that,it explores and decodes the path of the system from the angle of public goods.
