新型高效油浆阻垢剂的研制

摘    要:通过对重油催化装置油浆换热器结垢的原因和机理进行了分析,并在此基础上开发YJZ-101型油浆阻垢剂.实验室评价结果表明,YJZ-101型阻垢剂可有效抑制焦垢在油浆换热器中形成,使换热器保持较高的换热效率,维持装置的长周期正常运转.

Abstract:Causes and mechanisms of RFCCU slurry heat exchanger fouling were analyzed, YJZ-101 slurry antifouling agent was developed. The results showed that it can effectively inhibit fouling formation, heat exchanger keep high Heat-change efficiency, and ensure Long-term running of unit.
