| 摘 要： | 什么是地质遗迹资源?目前在学术界还没有统一的定义。非常不利于地质遗迹资源研究理论体系的建立,并影响着地质遗迹资源保护与利用中许多具体问题的研究。地质遗迹资源的内涵反映的是地质遗迹资源的地质属性、遗产属性和资源属性,其外延包括《地质遗迹保护管理规定》中对地质遗迹保护内容明确规定的六个方面。基于地质遗迹的内涵和外延,地质遗迹资源的定义可表述为:地质遗迹资源是指在地球演化的漫长地质历史时期中,由于内外动力的地质作用而形成,发展并保存下来的珍贵的、不可再生的、并能在现在和可预见的将来可供人类开发利用并产生经济价值,以提高人类当前和将来福利的自然遗产。 |

| Abstract: | What is the geological heritage resource? There is no a accordant define in academic circles at present.It is unfavourable to establish theoretical system of geological heritage resources study and it has negative effect on the protecting and using of geological heritage resources.This paper analyzes the essential attributes and the intension of geological heritage resources,and puts forward its own concept of defining geological heritage resources. |
