本文认为,第三方物流管理信息系统设计是以计算机技术为支持,通过对物流配送的各环节进行有限的资源最优配置,主要包括物流管理信息系统中心和物流企业对外的Web站点。文章提出,应将开放性、协调性和有效性作为系统开发的总体目标,系统应包括客户管理子系统、订单管理子系统、仓库管理子系统、配送管理子系统、经营决策子系统、账务管理子系统、系统管理子系统等。

The System Planning and Analysis of MIS for Third Party Logistics on The Perspective of SCM

The authors point out that,at present,there are a lot of research on the system planning and analysis of LMIS in our country.But there is few discussion about the MIS for the Third Party Logistic(TPL),which could explain the business process and the character of TPL.The authors high light the business process and the operation character of TPL on the perspective of SCM,and it discussed the basic construction and process of MIS for third party logistic.We should take opening,coordination and validity as the general objective in developing the system.And the system should involve such sub-systems as customer management,order management,warehouse management,distribution management,operational decision,account management and system management.
