试论农民在发展农村教育中的主体作用

农民子女“辍学”,农村高中生生源不足,农村贫困大学生人数较多等农村教育问题的存在,是因为农民收入低、子女多、城乡教育条件和观念差距大等原因造成的。解决农村教育问题的关键是:培养和发挥农民的主体作用,促进农民增收,切实落实“计划生育”政策,教育农民重视投资子女教育,加大义务教育法的执行力度和监督力度。

On the Main Body Role of the Peasants in Developing Countryside Education

The main reasons of the discontinuing their studies of the peasant' children,the shovtage of high school students,more university students of poor countryside and other problems are lower revenue of the peasant,more fainily children bigger diffevence of education conditions and idea of toun and countryside.It is the key of solving countryside education problem to train the main body role of the peasant,increase the peasants' revenue,carry out birth control policy,educate the peasant to attach an importance to the education investment of their children and strictly implement obligation education law.
