助学贷款存在的问题及对策

助学贷款的实施，使高校贫困大学生顺利完成学业有了基本的保障，但目前还存在社会认识不足，缺乏必要的风险防范措施以及政策不健全不完善等问题。因此，必须加强舆论宣传，搞好政策导向，采取相应措施，激发银行积极性，健全和完善有关政策，使其健康发展。

The Problems of Governmental Aid Loan and the Solution

The enforcement of governmental aid loan for college students gives poor college students a good chance to continue their study.But at present,problems still exist such as the insufficiency of the social cognition,the lack of necessary measures to avoid the risk of default,imperfection of policies,etc.Consequently,we should strengthen the public awareness,direct the policy orientation,put corresponding measures into effect,stimulate the initiative of banks and perfect some relevant policies to develop the loan.
