中日知识产权融资制度的比较分析——基于创新药物专利质押融资现状的案例研究

作为一种现代融资工具,知识产权融资已成为创新药物研发的主要融资渠道。日本是最早开展知识产权融资业务的国家,其药品专利质押贷款是推动日本医药科技创新的源动力。中日两国在融资额度、融资期限、融资企业数方面均存在较大差异,而导致这种差异的原因则是两国融资制度的不同。我国应借鉴日本知识产权融资政策的经验,加快我国知识产权评估体系以及信用担保体系的建设,为创新药物研发提供良好的融资环境。
