| 摘 要： | 为使考试规范化，减少主观因素对考试结果的影响，建立儿科护理学试题库，并在护理专业中应用。结果显示儿科护理学试题库合理的使用，在教学中取得了较好的效果。试题库的应用可以客观公正地评价教学效果，减轻教师负担，提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | To promote the standardization of examination and reduce the effects of subjective factors on test results,test database of pediatric nursing was set up and applied in the nursing teaching.The results showed that the rational application of the test database had achived good results in teaching.The application of the test database can evaluate the teaching effect objectively and impartially,reduce teachers' burden and improve teaching quality. |
