| 摘 要： | 阐述了通过以厂房混凝土柱子外观质量为目标而开展质量管理QC小组活动。混凝土柱子在施工过程中，严格执行国家行业相关工艺标准，采取一系列施工技术措施，对混凝土浇注、振捣、养护等过程进行控制，使厂房混凝土柱子的外观质量达到“镜面效果”。

| Abstract: | The QC group activities were introduced to improve the apprearance quality of concrete columns of workshops.In the process of construction,relevant national industry technological standards were strictly undertaken and a series of construction technologies were adopted to control the process of casting,vibrating and curing,which makes the appearance quality of these concrete columns achieve mirror effect. |
