摘    要:就高校食堂窗口开放设置与学生排队等候服务及进餐问题,建立了多服务窗混合制排队模型M/M/n/m,为食堂的管理和建设提供了强大的理论依据.通过对湖北师范学院集贤阁学生食堂进行实际走访调查,得到主要结果:①在保证服务质量的前提下,食堂有效的服务窗口数;②在进餐过程中与实际窗口相匹配的座位数;③食堂的最优开放时间;④通过顾客的最大容忍度,估计了高峰时期食堂能提供的最大服务容量.

Abstract:To reseach the opening setup of the cafeteria windows and the students' queuing for dinning in the university canteen,the multi -service queuing model M/M/n/m was established to provide the theoretical basis for the management and construction of the university canteen. Through actual investigation, the main result were obtained :(1)Under the premise of guaranteeing quality of service, the number of effective services cafeteria window was determined. (2)The actual number of seats to match the cafeteria window was fixed. (3)The optimal open -time of cafeteria window was set. (4)Through the maximum tolerance of customers,the maximum capacity was estimated at the peak of the canteen services.
