摘    要:结合建筑施工企业的特点,就如何识别顾客需求,建立顾客满意度评价体系,收集评价所需数据以及实施顾客满意度评价过程进行了分析,讨论了顾客满意度评价信度概念及其分析方法。

Abstract:In combination with the features of building construction enterprise,this article analyses following processes:identifying the customer needs,establishing the customer satisfactory evaluation system,gathering the data as required for the evaluation and performance of evaluation on customer satisfactory.Also discusses on concept of the credibility for customer satisfactory evaluation as well as the analysis method.
