| Abstract: | Recently, central bank bills play the most important role in the monetary policy. Its issuing attracts the society＇s attention. It presents the direction that the central banks operating on the macro economy. This passage analyses its effects as a monetary tool through testing its ability to contract the currency and its relationship with some kinds of economic indexes. |
