创建国家水利公园 推进水生态文明城市建设——兼论水利旅游资源评价方法

针对水利风景区建设与发展中存在的突出问题,围绕推进生态文明建设和发展"生态水利、民生水利和旅游水利"总体要求,探讨了水利风景区旅游资源评价方法优化,提出水利风景区科学发展、融合发展、整合发展与跨越发展的原则导向;结合发展体验经济和旅游创新的思路,提出创建国家级水利公园和水生态文明城市的对策与建议。

Establishing a Water National Park, to Improve Water Ecological Civilization in a City-- A Water Tourism Resources Evaluating Method

The main problems in the constructing and developing water resources scenic areas, focusing on promoting ecological civilization and the development of ＂ ecological water conservancy, the livelihood of water conservancy and water conservancy tourism ＂ overall demand, this paper discussed the optimizing the evaluation method of Water Conservancy Scenic Area tourism resources, put forward the scientific development, Water Conservancy Scenic Area development, principle oriented integration development and leapfrog development combined with the experience economy and tourism; development of innovative ideas, proposing countermeasures and suggestions to construct Water National park and Water Eco-civilization City. The Water Conservancy Scenic Area to enhance the quality of tourism and to expand social influence, which have important and positive significance.
