论工矿基地型城市的可持续发展问题--以白银市为例

资源型城市指主要功能或重要功能是向社会提供矿产品及其初加工品等资源型产品的一类城市,其在中国工业化和城市化过程中占据了突出的地位,而以不可再生的矿业资源为主体的工矿基地型城市又是资源型城市中的重要组成部分.以典型的工矿基地型城市甘肃省白银市为例,从白银市形成的历史、现状、城市经济的基本特点和存在的问题出发,提出应在工矿基地型城市的优势转换、加强工矿基地型城市发展的区际联系、促进工矿基地型城市职能的转变等方面来解决工矿基地型城市可持续发展问题.

On the sustainable development of industrial mining-based cities

Resource-based cities, featured as supplier of resource-based products, e.g. mineral products and their preliminary processed products, are of immense importance in the industrialization and urbanization procedure of China. Industrial mining-based cities, abundant in unrenewable resources, are one type of the resource-based cities. This paper, with Baiyin City, a mining resource-based city in Gansu Province, as an example, made a discussion on the sustainable development countermeasures in industrial mining-based cities. Qualitatively and quantitatively analysis, based on the history, current situation and basic characteristics and problems of the city economy, are made in this paper around the following aspects, i.e. boosting the industrial mining-based city superiority transformation, enhancing connections of different cities and prompting their urban function transformation.
