| 摘 要： | 随着高校的基建工程建设和教学、科研仪器设备采购规模不断加大,加强高校的招标采购监督制约机制是必要环节。本文通过分析高校招标采购监督工作中存在的问题,从完善监督机制、专业人员队伍建设和强化过程控制等方面提出了具体的研究对策。
