国有商业银行"新网点主义"核心竞争力分析

摘    要:新技术革命在金融业的广泛应用,使银行的分销渠道多元化,网上银行、电话银行、手机银行等虚拟银行业务部分地取代了传统的银行网点业务.但是,作为面对面沟通最有价值的形式,有形网点资源是国有商业银行传统的重要分销渠道,在国有商业银行发展过程中起到了重要作用.如何在新形势下合理有效运用各种网点资源至关重要.本文在对有形网点和无形网络两种市场资源深入分析的基础上,提出了将"新网点主义"作为国有商业银行的核心竞争力,并着重阐述了在目前国有商业银行有形网点资源具有比较优势的情况下,打造"新网点主义"核心竞争力的可行性及实现途径.

Abstract:New technology finds a wide application in financial sector. As a result, distribution channels of banks are diversified. Traditional outlet business is partially taken by virtual banks such as online banks, telephone banks and mobile phone banks. However, as the most valuable face-to-face communication form, tangible outlet resources are by tradition important distribution channels of state-owned commercial banks, playing an indispensable role in the development of state-owned commercial banks. So a reasonable and effective use of such outlet resources under the new situation becomes an issue of great significance. Based on a deep analysis of the two market resources: physical outlets and virtual network, it is suggested that new outletism be used as the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Emphasis is placed on the current comparative advantage of state-owned commercial banks in tangible outlets and on the viability and ways to build up the core competitiveness of the new outletism.
