| Abstract: | The paper systematically reviews theoretical and empirical literatures on the efficiency of internal capital markets from prospective of agency costs,including the explaining of the efficiency of internal capital markets and the influence of agency cost on the efficiency of internal capital markets.We comment on the extant literature,master research dynamic home and abroad,provide proof and direction for the research on the efficiency of internal capital markets of Chinese companies. |
