| Abstract: | The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterpr ise in China exits in many factors,including lack of direct finacing source, ve nture investment fund, system of bank service for small and medium-sized enterp rise, and so on. To eliminate these negative factors, it is necessary to devolep capital market and venture investment fund .In addition, to perfect financial system and to improve management of small and medium-sized enterprise will alle viate the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprise in China. |
