煤矿塌陷区土地复垦与生态补偿优化设计

摘    要:本文在综合分析煤炭开采的生态环境效应基础上,提出了煤矿塌陷区土地复垦与生态补偿优化设计的原则,并指出在土地复垦时进行生态补偿应从经济、社会、工程三个方面优化设计,以取得社会、生态与经济效益双赢的良好效果,对实现矿区可持续发展有重要意义,对我国矿区土地复垦有一定借鉴意义.

Abstract:On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the ecological environmental effects produced in coal mining, this paper proposes the principle of the optimal design of land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation in subsidence area of coal mine. Also, it points out that the optimization design should be carried on from the economy, the society, the engineering when carrying on the ecological rehabilitation in land reclamation, which could gain mutual benefits of better economic, ecological and social effects. ...
