| 摘 要： | 根据投资者偏好与确定性心理,从金融工程技术角度,论述了投资者与公司决策激励相容在融资工具中的重要作用,并以可转换债券、浮动利率债券、浮动利率优先股及固定利率与浮动利率的债务互换等为例,具体分析了金融工程技术在公司融资工具设计的运用.

| Abstract: | According to the psychology of the investors' preference and certainty,from the perspective of finance engineering technology,the paper discussed the important function of containing both investors and company decision-making inspiring in the financing instrumental.Using convertible bonds,floating rate notes,floating rate preference stocks and the exchange of fixed rate and floating rate as example,the paper specifically analyzed the application of the finance engineering technology in the design of enterprises financing instrumental. |
