| Abstract: | The research on the functional effect of natural antioxidants in the edible oil and feature of its safety were summarized, the relationship between free radicals and the diseases, the protective function of antioxidants on human health as well as the healthy properties of natural antioxidants were discussed; thereby the important significance of natural antioxidants in the edible oil was addressed. |
