| 摘 要： | 人民币升值是当前国内外的稳定预期,其对企业经营活动的影响最终将反映到企业理财结果上.本文首先从企业资产和负债结构、现金流量、成本和利润、资本项目和融资渠道四个方面分析了人民币升值对企业理财的利弊影响,然后从企业经营活动、财务管理、会计处理、金融工具运用、发挥行业优势等方面提出了化解人民币升值对企业负面影响的相关对策.

| Abstract: | The renminbi appreciation is the steady anticipation at home and abroad presently.This paper analyses firstly the financial manifestation of renminbi appreciation on business from assets and debts framework,cash flows,cost and profits,capital items and financing channels.Then some countermeasures that will solve the influences of the renminbi appreciation on business from business operations,financial management,accounting activities,financial instruments and giving the rein to trade superiority. |
