商品房预售的利弊分析

摘    要:商品房预售制度即期房制度的存与废,都存在着政府、开发商、购房人三方利益与冲突,然而,期房制度的取消与否既不是由开发商决定的,也不是由购房人决定的,而是取决于政府利益的出发点,是对政府智慧的考验,是真正为民众利益着想,还是为强势利益着想。

Abstract:Housing presale system concerns the benefit and conflict among government,dealer and buyer.However,the formulation of this system is not decided by dealer or buyer but rather the governmented benefit,which reflects the level of governmental decision making for the interests of the public or the strong forces.
