| 摘 要： | 在产业转移的大潮中，建设区域性加工制造基地是后发展地区实施工业化追赶型战略的必然选择。文章首先探讨了区域性加工制造基地的内涵与特征，并总结国内制造业基地建设的成功经验及启示，进一步提出按照产业集群要求建设区域性加工制造基地的对策。
