| 摘 要： | 供应商的选择是企业发展战略研究中的一个热点问题，分析和研究供应商选择的有效方法具有重要的现实意义。本文将数据包络法（DEA）和层次分析法（AHP）相结合，提出一种解决供应商选择的新方法，通过实证分析，验证了该方法的可行性、实用性及有效性。

| Abstract: | The problem of choosing supplier is focus in virtue of enterprise development,so analyzing and studying the effective method of choosing supplier has important practical significance.The paper combining the method DEA and AHP,develops a new method used for the problem of choosing supplier.The DEA/AHP method is objective,credible and useful through virtual proof. |
