网络营销下的图书发行物流信息管理规划

摘    要:中国是“世界上最大的图书市场”,图书发行企业竞争异常激烈,企业利润来源于图书物流收益。在网络信息化环境下。如何变革传统图书发行的物流业务与管理方法,是实现图书流通时间价值和空间价值的关键。文章在研究安徽新华发行集团变革后的图书物流业务与管理方法后,针对目前图书发行业的物流现状、存在的问题以及图书发行物流趋势的分析,结合网络营销的品牌管理、销售管理、营销沟通、客户关系管理、绩效评价等基本职能要求,设计网络营销下的图书物流信息管理框架,给出电子化的图书发行物流信息管理方法。

Abstract:China is"the largest book market in the world". Book distribution enterprises are very competitive, and they profit from the proceeds of the book logistics. In the information age, how to change the traditional book distribution business and logistics management is the key point of realizing the book's values of time and space. Based on the study of Anhui Xinhua Publishing Group after its changing the books logistics business and management methods, this paper analyses and discusses the current status, problems and the future trend of book distribution industry; and then combining the five basic functions of network marketing, which are brand management, sales management, marketing communication, customer relationship management, performance evaluation, this paper designs the book logistics information management framework under Network Marketing, which gives the method of electronic book distribution logistics information management.
