| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的快速发展，我国政府采购的数量与范围不断扩大。对采购过程实施控制，可以有效提高政府采购的质量与效率。文章对政府采购活动应有的步骤，采购过程的控制、测量、监督与改进作了分析和讨论。
