水性UV固化油墨电导率和吸光度研究

摘    要:本文研究了水性UV固化油墨连结料溶液中颜料与溶液电导率及吸光度的关系。结果发现,不同颜料的加入均导致水性UV油墨连结料溶液电导率和吸光度的增加。吸光度的增加可以认为是由于颜料颗粒在该体系的竞争性吸附中优先吸附了水,而颜料大量吸附水,有利于提高印刷后墨膜的干燥效率。电导率增大是由于颜料中存在杂质。如果颜料中含有大量杂质,可能会产生色差,这一点对于高档印刷应该加以注意。

Abstract:The relations between conductivity and absorbance of vehicles of aqueous UV curing ink had been investigated in the present work.The results shows that both conductivity and aborbance increases when pigments are added.The increase of absorbance can be regarded as the pigments absorbed water prior to the vehicles,which is helpful to the drying process of the ink on the substrate.The increase of the conductivity may be due to the impurities in the pigments,which will change the color of UV curing ink.It means that the printing quality will be influenced by the impurities.It is very important to the high-grade printing.
